What’s your favourite way to drink Wheyless? Are you a purist, or do you like to mix things up and get creative?
Here are a couple of Wheyless smoothies we love!
Strawberries and Cream
- 200mL low-fat milk
- 1/2-1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1.5 scoops Whey Less™ Strawberries and Cream
- 1-2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- Ice (if using fresh strawberries)
Vanilla and Honey
- 200mL soy milk (organic)
- 1.5 scoops Whey Less™ French Vanilla
- 1-2 tablespoons LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond) mix
- 1 teaspoon honey (organic)
Banana, Mixed Berry and Vanilla
- 200mL water
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 frozen banana (peel before you put in the freezer)
- 1.5 scoops Whey Less French Vanilla™
- 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon LSA (linseed, sunflower seed, almond) mix
