Wheyless Smoothie Recipes

What’s your favourite way to drink Wheyless? Are you a purist, or do you like to mix things up and get creative?

Here are a couple of Wheyless smoothies we love!

Strawberries and Cream

Ingredients:

  • 200mL low-fat milk
  • 1/2-1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1.5 scoops Whey Less™ Strawberries and Cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • Ice (if using fresh strawberries)

Vanilla and Honey

Ingredients:

  • 200mL soy milk (organic)
  • 1.5 scoops Whey Less™ French Vanilla
  • 1-2 tablespoons LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond) mix
  • 1 teaspoon honey (organic)

Banana, Mixed Berry and Vanilla

Ingredients:

  • 200mL water
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana (peel before you put in the freezer)
  • 1.5 scoops Whey Less French Vanilla™
  • 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon LSA (linseed, sunflower seed, almond) mix
  • Ice
